2011 Crime Statistics.San Carlos City Police Chief Harold Tuzon said crimes peaked in August last year because there was a re-classification of index and non-index crimes. A total of 320 crimes were listed in 2011, 190 of which are index and 130 are non-index. SCCPO recorded a 9.86 % crime rate drop since 325 crimes were listed in 2010.
