San Carlos PNP has new OIC

San Carlos City Police Office has a new officer-in-charge.

As P/Supt. Harold Tuzon, SCCPO chief of police, is now taking further studies, P/Supt. Joseph Bayan now takes command as the new officer-in-charge and he said he is set to prioritize two issues-one is drugs, the other is illegal gambling.

I'm miles away from home, yet it's like I can hear Nanay's voice right behind me. All I can see now is a never ending road stretched right before my eyes. I am aware that it is a deadly path that I am taking alone but I do not have the strength to even think about turning back. I was careless. I was stupid. I was wrong. If only I can turn back time to erase all this.

Depression

Problems, tragedies, chaotic cases
Are what everyone faces
Sorrow that fill their wavering hearts
That pitiful emotion tear them apart.

People may say it's over
Oh! No, it's certainly not
You need to stand on your feet
Follow what you believe and never accept defeat.

Misfortune, pain and loss
Make their way through life
As their eyes glimmer in pain
They drip sorrows of water and go insane.

Those sufferings are indeed dreadful
So let us comfort one another
To make ourselves a bit cheerful
As we go through life to be a little happier.

Now the dust has settled on the American elections, we can take a look at the challenges facing the President and the Government. Many Filipinos supported the Republican, and when I ask why, they often refer to opposition to Obama's health care reform and to the management of the economy.
